Snö means snow in Swedish and is symbolic of our inspiration from the Nordic winter.
The food we serve is a modern take on various rustic and traditional dishes from the region.
We make many of our items in house such as our daily baked items, potato rostis and Swedish cured salmon, allowing us to better highlight the flavours of local New Zealand ingredients.
We partner with many local suppliers to bring you the best ingredients of each season.
