This season’s specials feature reimagined Swedish summer classics, where we went a little more experimental than usual through the fusion of Swedish summer core ingredients (think: strawberries, chilled soup, Swedish hash) with unexpected flavours.

Our team at Snö has worked hard over the past few months to produce a selection of appetising seasonal dishes and drinks that anyone could enjoy all summer long!
