Summer Menu 2022
Our team at Snö has worked hard over the past few months to produce a selection of appetising seasonal dishes and drinks that anyone could enjoy all summer long! Our 2022 Summer Menu was created with the intention to provide intricate and flavoursome meals that add excitement to dining experiences — something our customers are so deserving of after last year’s unexpectedly long lockdown. The selection is packed with six dishes and three drinks — including creative variations of crowd favourites and dishes with new flavour profiles. There is something for everyone: from the sweetness of the house-made sesame ice cream (available as an add-on to our crispy Sesame Pancakes) to the savouriness of the spring onion waffles that provide balance to our Spicy Chicken Waffles.
The Summer Stunners menu launches on Friday 28 January and is available until the end of March.
Spicy Chicken Waffles ($26)
Spicy, crispy charcoal buttermilk fried chicken paired effortlessly with savoury spring onion waffles. This dish sits on a spicy sriracha mayo, and is garnished with taro chips, pork floss, chilli threads and pecorino that add a certain je ne sais quoi to the dish. Our Spicy Chicken Waffles isn’t for the faint-hearted; but for the spice-lovers, it’s a definite crowd-pleaser.
Sesame Pancakes ($24)

Bite-sized pancakes fried to crisp in butter, sat atop ube coconut yoghurt. Crunchy house-made cruesli, fresh seasonal fruits and a soft, sweet cinnamon-baked apple create an interesting yet complementary texture to the dish. Make sure to pair this with our house-made sesame ice cream — a must-have for summer.

Räkorburger V2.0 ($21)
A succulent 120g house-made prawn patty with chewy house-made pretzel buns, layered with cabbage, tobiko, and a generous amount of Snö tartare sauce (a must-try!). Topped off with a seaweed cracker.
Whether you have tried the first version of our Räkorburger, or if V2.0 will be your first encounter with it, we highly recommend pairing the burger with Garage Project’s Hops on Pointe. It’s a crisp, clean and citrusy pale gold pilsner with a slight hoppy bitterness that perfectly balances and highlights the sweetness and delicateness of the Räkorburger.

Four Cheese Steak Burger ($22.5)
Sliced scotch fillet steak and melted cheese (made with a combination of mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese and parmesan) on house-made twisted sesame bagels. A bagel as a burger bun might be unheard of, but just imagine the gooey melty cheese oozing out from it! Our Four Cheese Steak Burger is also sauced up with a caramelised onion and jalapeño jam and topped with a dill pickle, which provide a sweet and salty balance to the creamy and decadent cheese sauce.

Ceviche Tostada ($24)

We are pleased to have created new versions of our much-loved tostadas. The ceviche is marinated with coriander, chilli, tomato, red onion and honey ginger, and sits atop a light and crispy tostada, whilst the kumara purée adds a sweet element to the dish. Layered with cabbage, lemon vinaigrette and Snö pickles, our Ceviche Tostada is elegantly light while still being a filling lunch time meal.
Smoked Salmon Tostada ($24)

A new and updated variation of our Scandinavian Tostada that was well-loved by many. The light and crispy tostada holds a spread of smoked salmon and dill cream cheese paté topped with Snö gravlax and tobiko. Layered with cabbage, lemon vinaigrette and Snö pickles, and drizzled with salsa verde that adds a slight tartness to the dish, the Smoked Salmon Tostada is perfect for someone who’s looking for a light and refreshing fare.
This year’s Summer Specials also include refreshing beverages such as our Passionfruit Mojito ($15) - also available as Virgin Mojito ($8.5), Citrus & Mint Iced Tea ($8.5) and Berry & Peach Iced Tea ($8.5).
