Winter Menu 2021
We’re having a new seasonal menu for winter! Available from 1 July 2021 onwards for a limited time (until October), choose from a stunning line-up of winter warmers, on top of our core offerings.
Featuring 3 new dishes: Räkorburger, Double Baked Peach Porridge, and Lamb Neck Pasta.
Räkorburger ($18.5)
120g house-made prawn patty between beetroot brioche buns, layered with lettuce, tobiko, Snö tartare sauce, and topped off with a seaweed cracker.

Snö x Garage Project
The Räkorburger is also available as a set with hand-cut fries and Garage Project’s Hops on Pointe for $30. The Hops on Pointe is a refreshing champagne pilsner (6.7% alc) that is crisp, clean, and boasts of a citrusy flavour. The slight hoppy bitterness in Hops on Pointe perfectly balances and highlights the sweetness and delicateness of the Räkorburger.
Double Baked Peach Porridge ($18.5)
V, DF
Jumbo rolled oats baked with cinnamon, ginger and peach, black sticky rice, seasonal fruits, and candied pecan, served in warm oat milk bath.
Lamb Neck Pasta ($24)
Lamb neck slow-cooked in red wine reduction and drizzled in gravy, basil pesto elbow pasta, parsnip purée, and roasted cashew nuts.
New winter beverage additions will also be available on 1 July. The beverages include Spiced Mocha ($6), Mint Hot Chocolate ($6), and Mulled Wine ($12).
