Experience a Swedish summer in Auckland, but with a twist! This season’s specials feature reimagined Swedish summer classics, where we went a little more experimental than usual through the fusion of Swedish summer core ingredients (think: strawberries, chilled soup, Swedish hash) with unexpected flavours.

This year’s Winter Menu is created with the intention of providing hearty and comforting dishes that are reminiscent of radiating warmth by a crackling fireplace. The 3-dish lineup features classic winter ingredients such as pumpkin, mince and lamb that highlight earthy and robust flavours.

Our team at Snö has worked hard over the past few months to produce a selection of appetising seasonal dishes and drinks that anyone could enjoy all summer long! The selection is packed with six dishes and three drinks — including creative variations of crowd favourites and dishes with new flavour profiles.
