Last November, Snö finally hosted our first private function in two years. It was a small, intimate end-of-year gathering for the cycling team at Diocesan School and their families, but it felt like a major milestone for us.

Experience a Swedish summer in Auckland, but with a twist! This season’s specials feature reimagined Swedish summer classics, where we went a little more experimental than usual through the fusion of Swedish summer core ingredients (think: strawberries, chilled soup, Swedish hash) with unexpected flavours.

This year’s Winter Menu is created with the intention of providing hearty and comforting dishes that are reminiscent of radiating warmth by a crackling fireplace. The 3-dish lineup features classic winter ingredients such as pumpkin, mince and lamb that highlight earthy and robust flavours.
